Orders in Ukraine are delivered using the "Nova Poshta" courier service. You can choose delivery to a branch or to your address. Order processing typically takes 2-4 days after full payment on the website. Exchange and Returns

If the size or jewelry you received does not fit you, we will exchange it for another available size or item free of charge. Please note that we only accept exchanges or returns for jewelry that has not been used. The exchange period is 14 days from the time of delivery of your order.

How does the return or exchange process work?
