If the size or jewelry you received does not fit you, we will exchange it for another available size or item free of charge. Please note that we only accept exchanges or returns for jewelry that has not been used. The exchange period is 14 days from the time of delivery of your order. HOW DOES THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS WORK?

Please make sure the jewelry shows no signs of use. Email us at care@sa-pase.com, providing your last name or order number, and you will receive the return address. Please send us the order in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed after we receive the order. The funds will be credited to your account within 5 business days.
