Warranty
Jewelry with natural gemstones and pearls may exhibit variations due to their natural origins, which should not be considered defects. Additionally, defects resulting from improper customer usage are not covered by the warranty.
Examples of manufacturing defects covered by the warranty include:
- Porosity, surface pores, and stains on metal
- Irregularities on the metal surface
- Chips, scratches, or dents on gemstones, if noticed upon receiving the order
- Malfunctions of mechanisms such as earring clasps or chain clasps, if noticed upon receiving the order
Some examples of normal wear and tear on jewelry not covered by our warranty include:
- Dents, cuts, and scratches that naturally occur with regular wear
- Color changes due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, pools, hydro-massage baths, or bathing
- Rings damaged or deformed due to "physical" activities, including cases where damage leads to stone loss
- Bent, pinched, or worn prongs through which stones may fall out or be lost due to regular wear or other damage
- Lost stones or stone detachment due to chips caused by normal wear or other damage
- Broken earrings
- Broken or torn chains, bracelet links, or clasps
