How to store jewelry?
Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your Sa Pasé pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Particular care should be taken with gemstones to ensure that they do not knock against one another when stored. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled.
Your gold vermeil and silver jewellery should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place. With time and wear, sterling silver will naturally become oxidised and eventually tarnish. Storing silver jewellery in a sealed plastic bag or airtight box when it is not being worn will keep out the air that causes oxidation. The oxidation process is also slowed down by wearing your jewellery often. If however your jewellery is stored for long-periods of time, occasional cleaning is recommended to maintain shine and keep oxidation at bay.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
To preserve the beauty, shine and longevity of your jewelry, please follow these tips:

- Remove jewelry when showering, washing hands, interacting with strong chemicals, cosmetics, or exercising
- Be delicate with your jewelry
How to care for gold-plated jewelry?
For jewelry covered with gold, the care rules remain the same as for silver.
Our gold plating technology allows jewelry to retain its original beauty and color for a long time. The coating does not darken when in contact with water, but can be damaged by impacts or severe scratches.
We cannot guarantee that the gilding of our products will last forever. Gold-plated products by their nature are prone to discoloration over time. The speed at which this color fades will depend on various factors, such as contact with chemical products or even the pH level of the person's skin.
To restore the beauty of gold-plated jewelry over time, we offer a coating restoration service.
My jewelry has scratches - what should I do?
Silver is a soft material and can scratch, especially on polished surfaces. To restore the beauty of jewelry, we offer a polishing service.
How to clean your jewelry?
Mix a little soap with lukewarm water and rub the item with a soft toothbrush. Toothbrushes are perfect for cleaning jewelry with difficult-to-access corners. If dirt persists, carry out the same process in clean water. Important: gold-plated items require greater care. Rubbing too hard may cause loss of plating. It is therefore important that you do this gently in order to avoid any damage. A special silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your jewelry shine again, in the event that it becomes darkened over time. However, this technique will not remove any scratches or dents present on the jewelry.
