Delivery: Ukraine

Orders in Ukraine are delivered using the "Nova Poshta" courier service. You can choose delivery to a branch or to your address. Order processing typically takes 2-4 days after full payment on the website. Next-day delivery is also possible; if you need your order as soon as possible, please contact us before placing your order.

During sales, special offers, and increased production load, order processing times may become longer. In case of order delays, you will receive additional delivery schedule information via email.

Exchange and Returns

If the size or jewelry you received does not fit you, we will exchange it for another available size or item free of charge. Please note that we only accept exchanges or returns for jewelry that has not been used. The exchange period is 14 days from the time of delivery of your order.

How does the return or exchange process work?

Please make sure the jewelry shows no signs of use. Email us at care@sa-pase.com, providing your last name or order number, and you will receive the return address. Please send us the order in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after we receive the order. The funds will be credited to your account within 5 business days.
